Our garden, established in 2009,
 is managed primarily by SUNY Upstate Medical students with the help of other faculty and staff at Upstate Medical. We grow whatever vegetables students express interest in. This can vary from year-to-year, but typically includes green and yellow beans, peas, lettuce, spinach, kale, beets, summer squash, tomatoes, peppers, and herbs.

 We use a shared harvest model – whoever helps maintain the garden is welcome to harvest anything as it is available.
